PRODUCT WARRANTY

All LED fittings and accessories, excluding globes, have a 48 month warranty considering they have been installed by a Licensed Electrician.

RETURN POLICY

Whilst we take great care to ensure that your items arrive safely, sometimes breakages do occur during transit. Please check your items carefully and report any damaged goods to us within 30 days of receipt. A refund or store credit is only available if the product(s) are no longer available.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for breakages that are not reported to us within 30 days of receipt.

If the LED light(s), kits or accessories are damaged or faulty upon receipt LED Imports Pty. Ltd. will provide you with either a replacement or a full refund.

LED Imports:

is not liable for any contingent, consequential or punitive damages arising in anyway whatsoever in relation to the use of any goods; and is not liable for any claim, loss or expense incurred by any person resulting from the delivery, non-delivery or return of any goods.
Please note that exchanges or refunds will only be considered if the item(s) have not been tampered with in any way. We do not provide refunds for “change of mind”.

HOW DOES YOUR RETURN POLICY WORK?

For customers who wish to return their LED product or accessory for either an exchange or a refund, we require them to contact us via email at:

sales@led-imports.com.au

Once we have received an email we will advise the customer on the process for returning the LED product(s). All returns must be posted in a similar condition to which they arrived and we require that the customer include a copy of their receipt and email transcript so that we can process their return. Once we have assessed that the product(s) have not been damaged or tampered with, we will send out a replacement item or provide a refund for your purchase.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE OF MY RETURN?

Yes. The customer is responsible for postage costs. LED Imports Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for damaged, lost or undelivered items during transit so please ensure that your package has a tracking number attached to them.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

We will happily provide customers with a full refund once we have received our LED product(s) back in the post (providing that they adhere to before mentioned policy). The refund will be made into one of the following:

PayPal: 1-2 business days

Credit Card: 2-3 business days

Customer will have to provide LED Imports Pty. Ltd. with preferred method of refund.
